Mead is a remarkable, centuries old alcoholic drink, obtained through the natural fermentation of honey. This mead is a Reserve, a type of quality mead made from a single, unique type of honey.
On the border between the East Dutch cities of Enschede and Hengelo, between the fields and the Drienerforest, stand the hives that produced the honey. This true "Twents" mead is rich and light, with tones reminiscent of linden, oak, field flowers and garden plants.
